2. Description of Service
CrafterBy provides a cost calculation platform for artisans, makers, and craft businesses. Our services include:
- Product cost calculation tools
- Material library management
- Template creation and management
- Pricing recommendations and analytics
3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Creation
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure.
3.2 Account Responsibility
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Subscription and Payments
4.1 Free and Paid Plans
CrafterBy offers both free (guest calculator) and paid subscription plans. Paid plans provide additional features and storage.
4.2 Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring fees until you cancel.
4.3 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Upload malicious code or interfere with the service
- Share your account credentials with others
- Resell or redistribute the service without permission
6. Intellectual Property

CrafterBy and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
6.2 Your Content
You retain ownership of the data you input (materials, products, templates). You grant us a license to use this data to provide and improve our services.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
CrafterBy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Cost calculations and pricing recommendations are tools to assist your decisions but do not constitute financial or business advice.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CrafterBy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
9. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
